Teaching With Programming Historian

Looking to add skills to your DH teaching toolbox? Join us on 16 Dec at 14 hs UTC. In this session we'll talk to three scholars about how you can incorporate Programming Historian in your teaching. Everyone is invited, register at: https://tinyurl.com/ph-16-12

Learn how you can use Programming Historian to teach digital humanities skills to your students.

This online workshop will introduce you to the Programming Historian (https://programminghistorian.org/), which publishes peer-reviewed tutorials that help humanists learn digital tools. Our tutorials are available in 4 languages (English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese).

Participants will have an opportunity to learn how lecturers Joana Vieira Paulino (Universidade NOVA de Lisboa), Nicolas Vaughan (Universidad de los Andes) and Jessica Parr (Northeastern University) incorporate Programming Historian tutorials into their teaching practice and learn techniques on how to bring our tutorials into your classroom or workshop.

Language of Instruction: English
