As of fall 2025, UVA's DH resources are located in units in the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (DHI, CDE, eLabs); the Library (The DH Center, including IATH and Scholars' Lab; Research Data Services; Library Subject Liaisons, and Library IT); the School of Architecture (FabLab and the Visual Resources Center); the School of Data Science (HUDS); and the School of Nursing (Bjoring Center for Nursing Historical Inquiry).

UVA's long history of supporting the digital humanities als includes several units no longer in existence, including the Center for Digital History, the eText Center, and SHANTI.
