Laura Jamison is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Naval Research Laboratory whose research focuses on psychometric modeling, with a special interest in driving equitable research. She received her PhD in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Virginia. Prior to graduate school, I worked as a Talent Analytics professional with a demonstrated history in the SAAS+ industry.
